Liz, a 4th generation native Floridian, has generated more than $378 million in sales during her thirteen years in real estate. Formally with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, she was the top sales agent in the Weston office for four years. Liz was named a member of the 2003 Presidential Advisory Council for Coldwell Banker and was honored with Coldwell Banker's Premier status. Liz moved to Esslinger, Wooten and Maxwell (EWM) in July of 2003. EWM REALTORS® is owned by Home Services of America, the 2nd largest real estate company in the United States (subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway). Since Liz has been at EWM, she has been awarded the top Broward County agent for the past 6 consecutive years and was #2 in the company in 2008. Lindsey Hartline is the newest member of The Liz Caldwell Group.

Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Lindsey actually graduated from High School in Naples then back on the trail to Ohio State University. She is now married to her college sweetheart Brian Hartline, wide receiver for the Miami Dolphins, which in turn brought her back to the Sunny South Florida.

Actually a client at first, Lindsey took an interest in real estate and became a licensed realtor. She went on to join the group in 2009. She and Brian now live in Fort Lauderdale with their two dogs Chase and Lulu.

Leo D′Aleo is a native of Italy and immigrated to the United States in 1971. He moved to South Florida in 1972 where he graduated from Miramar High School. Formerly with Century 21 Hansen for over nine years, he specializes in residential real estate sales in the Fort Lauderdale area. Leo spent four years (2004 ? 2008) in Atlanta where he worked as the Senior Sales Associate with the HJ Russell Development Group on condominium projects in the Midtown area. He was the top sales producer for all his years working in the Atlanta market. Leo returned to Broward County in 2008 and joined the Liz Caldwell Group in 2010.

Leo has extensive knowledge of the real estate industry and local marketplace. He takes pride in his attention to detail and puts his full effort into understanding the needs of clients.

Belinda Burg was born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina. She went to the University of South Carolina where she graduated with a BS degree in Accounting. She worked for Ernst and Young for six years, until deciding to stay home with her two young sons. In 1998 she moved with her family to Florida and took up roots in the Weston area.

Belinda has been active in her church where she served as the Business Coordinator for two years. She has been involved in Kids In Distress for many years, where she is Co-President of the auxiliary for the 2006/2007 year. She has also been active in youth sports in the South Florida area, and she volunteers at her son’s school, St Thomas Aquinas, serving as parent volunteer coordinator. In her free time, Belinda enjoys cooking, playing tennis, and boating. Belinda is married to Bob Burg, who is a senior vice president with Southern Wine and Spirits of America. Bob is an avid tennis player, and enjoys hunting, boating, and diving. Bob is also heavily involved in South Florida youth sports serving as president of the Florida Amateur Hockey Association. Bob and Belinda have been married for seventeen years.
